Pursuant to 10 CFR 429.12(d), annual certification is required in CCMS for most covered products or covered equipment.  This is a courtesy reminder that the deadline for the annual submission for the following product categories is September 1: 

• Torchieres
• Dehumidifiers
• Metal halide lamp ballasts and fixtures
• External power supplies
• Pumps

 In addition, September 1 is the deadline for the annual submission of a report providing the total number of external power supplies exempt from Level VI energy conservation standards sold from August 1, 2021 through July 31, 2022, if the total exceeds 1,000 units across all models.
