Revised Template for Walk-In Cooler and Freezer Doors, v5.0 Template
A revised template for Walk-In Cooler and Freezer Doors, v5.0, has been posted on the CCMS web site. This template must be used for all submissions no later than June 26, 2017 to certify compliance with the amended performance standards.
The Certification tab on these version 5 templates is different from those in version 4 templates. Instructions for completing the Certification page and the rest of the template can be found here.
