A revised template for Computer Room Air Conditioners, v5.0, has been posted on the CCMS web site. This template must be used for all submissions no later than July 1, 2017, including the 2017 annual submission.
The Certification tab on these version 5 templates is different from those in version 4 templates. Instructions for completing the Certification page and the rest of the template can be found here.
