New Versions of All Templates Have Been Posted
DOE has posted revised versions of all of its certification templates to reflect OMB’s approval of DOE’s Information Collection Package, with changes, extending the expiration date to February 28, 2021 for OMB Control Number 1910-1400. DOE will be placing the updated templates on the CCMS Templates page. These revised templates should be used effective immediately. Submissions made on previous versions of these templates do not have to be resubmitted until the next annual certification date for each template.
