New templates for:

• NEMA Design A & B and IEC Design N Motors (excluding Fire Pump Electric Motors) , v5.0;
• NEMA Design C and IEC Design H Motors, v5.0; and
• Fire Pump Electric Motors, v5.0

have been posted on the CCMS web site and should be used no later than June 1, 2016.  These templates can be downloaded at https://www.regulations.doe.gov/ccms/templates.

Please note that each copy of the new templates should only be used for models covered by a single Compliance Certification Number or for requesting a single Compliance Certification Number.

These new templates replace the following templates:

• General Purpose Electric Motors-Subtype-I (effective Dec 19, 2010), v4.3;
• General Purpose Electric Motors-Subtype-II (effective Dec 19, 2010), v4.3;
• NEMA Design B General Purpose Electric Motors (effective Dec 19, 2010), v4.3; and
• Fire Pump Motors (effective Dec 19, 2010), v4.3.
