Expiration Date for OMB Control Number 1910-1400 Extended
The Office of Management and Budget recently extended the expiration date for the CCMS data collection (OMB Control Number 1910-1400) to September 30, 2024. New versions of all of the templates reflecting this will be posted in the near future.
