A revised Incandescent Reflector Lamps, v5.7 template has been posted on the CCMS web site.  This template reflects changes in reporting requirements as a result of a final rule published in the Federal Register on August 31, 2022 at 87 FR 53618.  This template must be used beginning February 17, 2023, but may be used effective immediately.  As a result of this final rule, the product specific reporting requirements for general service incandescent lamps taking effect on February 17, 2023 are now included in 10 CFR 429.55.

This v5.7 template replaces the v5.6 template.  The current v5.5 template reflects reporting requirements in effect prior to February 17, 2023 and may continue to be used prior to that date.  Submissions made on v5.5 prior to that date do not need to be resubmitted on the new v5.7 template until the next annual certification date of March 1, 2023.
