A revised General Service Fluorescent Lamps, v5.6 template has been posted on the CCMS web site.  This template reflects changes in reporting requirements as a result of a final rule published in the Federal Register on August 31, 2022 at 87 FR 53618.  This template must be used beginning February 17, 2023, but may be used effective immediately.

The current v5.5 template may continue to be used prior to February 17, 2023.  Submissions made on this version prior to that date do not need to be resubmitted on the new v5.6 template until the next annual certification date of March 1, 2023.
