New templates for:

- External Power Supplies Other Than Switch-Selectable and Adaptive Single-Voltage External Power Supplies, v5.0 and

-Switch-Selectable and Adaptive Single-Voltage External Power Supplies, v5.0

have been posted on the CCMS web site and should be used immediately.  These templates can be downloaded at https://www.regulations.doe.gov/ccms/templates.

The Certification page on these version 5 templates is different from those in version 4 templates.  Instructions for completing the Certification page and the rest of the template can be found at https://www.regulations.doe.gov/ccms/help/InstructionsforCCMSReportingCertificationandTemplatesV5.  If you have any questions about completing these new templates please go to https://www.regulations.doe.gov/contact-us.

These new templates replace the following templates:

- Class A External Power Supplies - Basic Model, v4.4;

- Class A External Power Supplies - Design Family, v4.4; and

- Switch-Selectable External Power Supplies - Basic Model, v4.5.
