Revised Commercial Refrigeration Equipment – Single Compartment, v5.0 and Commercial Refrigeration Equipment – Multiple Compartments, v5.0 templates have been posted on the CCMS web site.  These template must be used no later than March 27, 2017 and should also be used prior to that to certify compliance with amended energy conservation standards for commercial refrigeration equipment that require compliance as of March 27, 2017.

The Certification page on these version 5 templates is different from those in version 4 templates.  Instructions for completing the Certification page and the rest of the template can be found here.
